- 50 Pull-ups
- 40 Handstand Push-ups
- 30 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Ring Muscle-ups
- 10 Pistol Squats (each leg)
Equipment:
- Pull-up bar
- Rings
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
Instructions:
Complete each set of reps before moving on to the next exercise. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity.
