AMRAP Gymnastics Wall Ball

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Wall Balls


Equipment: Wall Ball


Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes, moving through the movements with good form and technique. Modify the handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or push presses if needed. Keep a steady pace throughout the workout to maximize your score.
