EMOM Gymnastics RopeEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Minute 1: 10 Pull-ups
- Minute 2: 15 Handstand Push-ups
- Minute 3: 20 Toes-to-Bar
- Minute 4: Rest
Equipment:
- Pull-up bar
- Wall for handstand push-ups
Instructions:
Complete the prescribed reps of each gymnastics movement within the minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute before moving on to the next movement. Modify the reps as needed to maintain intensity and form throughout the workout.
