- 50 Handstand Push-ups
- 40 Toes-to-Bar
- 30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- 20 Ring Muscle-ups
- 10 Pistol Squats (each leg)

- Slam Ball
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
