EMOM Gymnastics Dumbbell

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 10 Handstand Push-ups
- Even minutes: 15 Toes-to-Bar


Equipment:
- Dumbbell for scaling options


Instructions:
Complete the prescribed reps of handstand push-ups and toes-to-bar within each minute. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next set. Scale the movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout.
