AMRAP Gymnastics Slam BallAMRAP in 20 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
- 25 Russian Twists with Slam Ball
Instructions:
- Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes.
- Scale the handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or push-ups if needed.
- Scale the toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if needed.
- Choose a challenging weight for the slam ball to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
