AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Box Jumps (24"/20")
  • 25 Double Unders

Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or dumbbell shoulder presses as needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if necessary.
- Choose a box height that allows for quick and efficient reps.
- Double unders can be scaled to single unders or lateral hops if needed.
