AMRAP Gymnastics Rope

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 15 Pull-ups
  • 20 Handstand Push-ups
  • 25 Toes-to-Bar

Equipment:
- Rope for pull-ups
- Wall for handstand push-ups


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of 15 pull-ups, 20 handstand push-ups, and 25 toes-to-bar. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Good luck!
