EMOM Gymnastics Slam Ball

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • 5 Toes-to-Bar
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Air Squats

Equipment:
- Slam Ball


Instructions: Perform the prescribed gymnastics movements each minute on the minute for 20 minutes. The goal is to complete the reps quickly to give yourself some rest before the next minute begins. Adjust the reps if needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
