AMRAP Gymnastics Kettlebell

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Kettlebell Swings


Kettlebell Weight: 24/16 kg
Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes, moving through the movements with good form and efficiency. Modify the handstand push-ups and toes-to-bar as needed to maintain proper technique throughout the workout.
