AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Medicine Ball Cleans

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of 10 handstand push-ups, 15 toes-to-bar, and 20 medicine ball cleans. Scale the movements as needed to maintain good form and intensity throughout the workout. Remember to pace yourself and push through any fatigue to get the most out of this gymnastics-focused AMRAP.
