For Time Gymnastics RowerFor Time:
- 50 Pull-ups
- 40 Handstand Push-ups
- 30 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
- 10 Muscle-ups
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
Instructions: Complete the reps of each movement in order before moving on to the next. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and form throughout the workout. Make sure to warm up and mobilize properly before starting.
