- 50 Toes-to-Bar
- 40 Handstand Push-ups
- 30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- 20 Ring Muscle-ups
- 10 Bar Muscle-ups

Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: This chipper workout will test your gymnastics skills and upper body strength. Break up the reps as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout. Scale movements as necessary to maintain intensity.
