Tabata Gymnastics Barbell

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Handstand Push-ups
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Wall for handstand push-ups


Instructions:
Perform as many handstand push-ups as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Keep track of your total reps for each round and aim to maintain or increase throughout the workout. Scale the movement as needed to maintain proper form and intensity.
