For Time:


  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 20 Pistol Squats (10 each leg)
  • 10 Strict Pull-ups

Equipment:
- Bench for Pistol Squats


Time Cap: 20 Minutes
