AMRAP Gymnastics Rope

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Alternating Pistols

Equipment:
- Rope for scaling options


Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or push-ups as needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises or V-ups if needed.
- Scale pistols to box pistols or air squats if needed.
- Aim to move through the movements with good form and consistency throughout the 15-minute AMRAP.
