AMRAP Gymnastics Resistance Band

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Alternating Pistols
  • 25 Double Unders

Equipment:
- Resistance Band


Instructions: Perform as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 handstand push-ups, 15 toes-to-bar, 20 alternating pistols, and 25 double unders. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Use a resistance band for assistance with pistols if necessary.
