Chipper Gymnastics Resistance Band

For Time:


  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-bar
  • 30 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
  • 20 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Pistol Squats (each leg)

Equipment:
- Resistance Band for assistance on pull-ups and muscle-ups


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Make sure to scale movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout. Focus on efficiency and technique to complete the gymnastics movements smoothly.
