- Handstand Push-Ups
- Toes-to-Bar
- Burpees
- Double Unders


Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of each movement, alternating between 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest.
- Score is the total number of reps completed across all movements.
- Rest 1 minute between each movement.
