- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Box Jumps (24/20")
- 25 Double-unders

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving for the full duration.
