- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Wall Balls
Equipment:
- Medicine Ball
Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or seated dumbbell presses if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises or V-ups as necessary.
- Choose a challenging wall ball weight that allows for unbroken sets in the beginning.
