For Time:


  • 50 Kettlebell Swings
  • 40 Handstand Push-ups
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Pistols (alternating legs)
  • 10 Muscle-ups

Kettlebell Weight: 24kg/16kg
Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Notes: Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups if needed. Modify toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if necessary. Sub pistols with single leg squats if needed. Scale muscle-ups to chest-to-bar pull-ups and ring dips if unable to perform muscle-ups.
