  • 30 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Muscle-ups
  • 30 Box Jumps
  • 10 Rope Climbs

Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Notes: Scale the gymnastics movements as needed to maintain intensity and form throughout the workout. Make sure to warm up shoulders and wrists properly before attempting handstand push-ups and muscle-ups.
