  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20")
  • 25 Calorie Bike

Instructions:
Perform each round as fast as possible, resting as needed between rounds. Aim to push yourself on the gymnastics movements and maintain a consistent pace on the bike.
