- 50 Handstand Push-ups
- 50 Toes-to-Bar
- 50 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20")


Equipment:
- Resistance Band for scaling
- Box for Burpee Box Jumps


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Note: Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form.
