EMOM Gymnastics Assault Bike

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 15 Toes to Bar
  • Even minutes: 12 Handstand Push-ups

Instructions:
Perform 15 Toes to Bar at the start of each odd minute and 12 Handstand Push-ups at the start of each even minute. Rest for the remainder of each minute. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.


Scaling options:
- Toes to Bar: Knees to Chest, Hanging Knee Raises
- Handstand Push-ups: Hand Release Push-ups, Pike Push-ups
