EMOM for 20 Minutes:
- 5 Kettlebell Swings
- 5 Handstand Push-ups


Kettlebell Weight: #53 / #35
Handstand Push-up Modification: Use a box for pike push-ups if needed.


Notes: Perform the prescribed reps of kettlebell swings and handstand push-ups at the start of every minute for 20 minutes. Adjust the weight and modification as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
