Rounds for Time:


  • 15 Handstand Push-ups
  • 20 Toes-to-Bar
  • 25 Box Jumps
  • 30 Calories on Stationary Bike

Instructions: Perform each round as fast as possible, resting as needed between rounds. Scale movements as necessary to maintain intensity.


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
