Tabata Gymnastics Peg BoardTabata:
- 8 rounds of:
- 20 seconds of max effort on the Peg Board
- 10 seconds of rest
Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible on the Peg Board during each 20-second work interval.
- Rest for 10 seconds between each round.
- Score is the total number of completed reps across all 8 rounds.
Notes:
- Ensure proper technique and safety when using the Peg Board.
- Scale movements or modify as needed to match individual skill levels.
