  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 20 Burpee Box Jump Overs
  • 10 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups

Equipment:
- Bench for Burpee Box Jump Overs


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
