  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 100 Pull-ups
  • 150 Air Squats
  • 2000 Meter Row

Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or seated dumbbell presses if needed.
- Scale pull-ups to ring rows or jumping pull-ups if needed.
- Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout to prevent injury.
