Chipper Gymnastics GHD MachineFor Time:
- 50 Toes-to-Bar
- 40 Handstand Push-ups
- 30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- 20 Ring Muscle-ups
- 10 GHD Sit-ups
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
Instructions: Perform the movements in order, completing all reps before moving on to the next exercise. Scale movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity. Rest as needed between sets to maintain quality of movement.
