  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Max Effort Peg Board Climbs
    • 10 seconds of Rest

Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort peg board climbs followed by 10 seconds of rest. The goal is to climb as high as possible within the 20-second work interval. Rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round.
- For safety, make sure the peg board is securely mounted and use proper technique when climbing.
- Push yourself to maintain intensity throughout all 8 rounds.
