For Time:


  • 50 Handstand Push-Ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Burpee Box Jump Overs
  • 20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
  • 10 Ring Muscle-Ups

Equipment:
- Bench for Burpee Box Jump Overs
- Rings for Ring Muscle-Ups


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions:
Complete each movement before moving on to the next one. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and form throughout the workout. Remember to warm up properly before starting the workout.
