AMRAP Gymnastics Assault Bike

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Burpees
  • 25 Double-Unders

Assault Bike: 15 Calories to be completed at the end of each round.


Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. The assault bike calories must be completed at the end of each round before moving on to the next round. Scale the gymnastic movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
