AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Alternating Pistols

Equipment: Slam Ball (20/14 lbs)


Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of 10 handstand push-ups, 15 toes-to-bar, and 20 alternating pistols. Modify movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
