- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Double-unders
Instructions:
Complete the prescribed reps of each movement within the minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute. Focus on maintaining quality of movement throughout the workout. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity.
