EMOM Gymnastics Kettlebell

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar
  • Even Minutes: 15 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)

Notes:
- Perform 10 Toes-to-Bar at the start of each odd minute, then rest for the remainder of that minute.
- Perform 15 Kettlebell Swings at the start of each even minute, then rest for the remainder of that minute.
- Continue alternating between Toes-to-Bar and Kettlebell Swings for a total of 20 minutes.
