  • 25 Box Jumps
  • 30 Calorie Row

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to move efficiently through each movement. Have fun and challenge yourself!
