Gymnastic Gauntlet // Wednesday - 2025.08.13
AMRAP Gymnastics DumbbellAMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lbs)
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale the handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or dumbbell shoulder presses as needed. Keep good form on the toes-to-bar and choose a dumbbell weight that challenges you but allows for unbroken sets. Have fun and push your limits!
