AMRAP Gymnastics Dumbbell

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lbs)

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale the handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or seated dumbbell presses if needed. Scale the toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises or V-ups if necessary. Choose a challenging weight for the dumbbell snatches that allows for proper technique throughout the workout.
