AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Pull-ups
  • 15 Handstand Push-ups
  • 20 Toes-to-Bar
  • 25 Air Squats

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 pull-ups, 15 handstand push-ups, 20 toes-to-bar, and 25 air squats. Use the SkiErg for additional cardio and conditioning between rounds. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
