- 50 Handstand Push-ups
- 40 Toes-to-Bar
- 30 Burpee Box Jumps
- 20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- 10 Ring Muscle-ups
Equipment:
- Bench for Burpee Box Jumps
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
Notes: Make sure to scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and form throughout the workout. Proper warm-up and mobility work is recommended before tackling this challenging gymnastics-focused WOD.
