- 50 Handstand Push-ups
- 40 Toes-to-Bar
- 30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- 20 Ring Muscle-ups
- 10 Strict Handstand Push-ups
Equipment:
- Bench for Toes-to-Bar
- Rings for Muscle-ups
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
Instructions:
Complete the prescribed reps of each gymnastics movement in order, with proper form and range of motion. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and challenge.
