Tabata Gymnastics Peg Board

Tabata:


  • 8 Rounds (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) of:
    • Peg Board Climbs
    • Handstand Push-ups

Instructions:
Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement, alternating between Peg Board Climbs and Handstand Push-ups for 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between each movement. Aim to climb as high as possible on the Peg Board and maintain strict form on the Handstand Push-ups. Adjust the difficulty as needed to maintain intensity throughout the Tabata.
