- 15 Air Squats

- Resistance Band for scaling options
Instructions:
Perform the prescribed reps for each movement at the start of every minute for 15 minutes. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity and technique throughout the workout. Focus on maintaining proper form and breathing during each round.
