  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24"/20")
  • 20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
  • 10 Pistols (each leg)

Slam Ball: 30/20 lbs
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
