  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Pull-ups
  • 20 Ring Muscle-ups

Equipment: Dumbbell for optional dumbbell snatches during rest breaks


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Notes: Break up the reps as needed to maintain good form and intensity throughout the workout. Scale movements as necessary to maintain intensity. Optional: Perform 10 dumbbell snatches (50/35) every time you break during the gymnastic movements.
