- 3 Peg Board Ascents
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
Instructions:
Perform 3 Peg Board Ascents, followed by 10 Handstand Push-ups, and finish with 15 Toes-to-Bar for a total of 5 rounds. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
