  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Box Jumps (24/20")
  • 20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
  • 10 Ring Muscle-ups

Equipment:
- Dumbbell for scaling options
- Box for box jumps
- Pull-up bar for chest-to-bar pull-ups and muscle-ups


Time Cap: 20 Minutes
